These terms and conditions ("terms of use") become effective as soon as you access and utilize Techbuddy Travel services, including its travel packages, bookings, and content. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and Techbuddy Travel. It is essential that you read all the information thoroughly, as your access to or use of any services, products, or content from Techbuddy Travel indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Booking and Reservation Policy

When booking travel services through Techbuddy Travel, you are required to provide accurate personal information as it appears on your government-issued identification. This includes your full name, passport details (for international travel), and other relevant identification documents. Any changes to booking details may be subject to additional fees and are subject to the policies of our travel partners.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is received in full. Prices may fluctuate due to various factors including but not limited to currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges, and changes in government taxes. Techbuddy Travel reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly and will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service booked and the policies of our travel partners. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may be eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations made between 15-30 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refund processing may take 7-14 business days.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. While Techbuddy Travel can assist in arranging travel insurance, the final decision and responsibility lie with the traveler.

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. Techbuddy Travel will provide guidance on required documentation but cannot be held responsible for denied entry or travel due to missing or invalid documents.
